Discovering who you are

When you apply to Lloyds Banking Group, the most important thing to do is be yourself. Tell us about your work and your studies, and about what you enjoy doing in your spare time. We want to find out who you are and what drives you as a person.

You’ll need a 2:2 (or to be on track for one) in any subject, from any university. Interns will also need to be in their penultimate year of university. Whether you apply for an Internship or a Graduate Leadership Programme, we’ll let you know the result of your application within ten weeks.

Looking at a person's experience, at what they have learnt, can help somewhat to predict their future. Looking at what someone is naturally good at and what they enjoy doing is a far stronger predictor - people tend to go where they would and should.

2:2 Achieved or expected (any subject)
