Here are few things you can think about to prepare for our strengths-based assessment:

  • What do your friends and family know you for – how would they describe you to a stranger?
  • What do you truly enjoy doing, and what are you like when you’re at your best?
  • What achievements are you proud of, and how did you get there?
  • What activities (either inside or outside of work) don’t you enjoy, and why?

Strengths-based interviews are interested in more than what you can do, or have done. We’ll ask you about these things, but we also want to know why you enjoyed those tasks or achievements. We’d like to learn about what you’re naturally good at, so be prepared to openly express your opinions about an activity, in fast-paced exercises – either on your own, or in a group on our assessment days.

Above all, relax and be yourself.
