Strengths-based interviews are interested in more than what you can do, or have done. We’ll ask you about these things, but we also want to know why you enjoyed those tasks or achievements. We’d like to learn about what you’re naturally good at, so be prepared to openly express your opinions about an activity, in fast-paced exercises – either on your own, or in a group on our assessment days.
