Lloyds Banking Group is an industry-leading employer that values you for who you are, supports your development and career progression, and encourages you to keep on discovering. We use a strengths-based process, so your talents and passions are just as important as your academic achievements. We’ll explore these in detail throughout your application.

Lloyds Banking Group Graduate Leadership Programme
First, you’ll complete an online application form and online test. Succeed with these and you’ll be invited to complete a video interview. Succeed again and we’ll invite you to our Assessment Centre, where you get to tackle different challenges, in groups and on your own. We’ll let you know the result of your application within ten weeks.

Lloyds Banking Group Internship
First, you complete an online application form and an online test. If you pass this, we ask you to complete a video interview – pass that and we offer you a 10-week summer internship.

Once you’ve decided which programme you want to apply for, it’s important to be able to explain why you have chosen that particular programme. Ask yourself, what do you like about Lloyds Banking Group, and how does this programme match your interests and passions? You should also think about how you imagine your career progressing, and where you’d like to work, in the long-run. These are the sorts of questions we’ll be asking you, too.
