Explore new subjects in the world of digital banking and discover where you’d like to develop your career, over two years on this programme. Working in different cities around the UK, you can build your managerial experience in functions like product development, e-commerce and customer experience, or develop specialist skills in fraud and security, risk, change and operations. Wherever you go, you’ll develop a more sophisticated understanding of the bank, of the needs of our customers, and how you can make a positive impact. 


This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into the world of digital innovation within the financial services sector. You’ll expand your business knowledge and discover how your strengths can contribute to this fast-paced area.

Locations: All of our Graduate Leadership Programmes are rotational and our Digital Banking roles are based mostly in London, with a small presence in Edinburgh, Halifax and Bristol. Interns will stay in the same location for the duration of the programme. 

Salary: Graduate salaries start at £28,000p.a. and Internship salaries are £18,000p.a. pro-rata.
