Over two years on this programme, you’ll complete three, eight-month placements within diverse teams around the UK. There are an exhilarating variety of experiences designed to help you grow and discover as a person and a professional, as you could work in digital operations, consumer digital or our commercial digital areas.
We offer a combination of tailored and universal training – covering everything from leadership and customer experience to engagement, communication and negotiation. You’ll also complete a professional qualification, such as MIT FinTech, and can attend monthly masterclasses delivered by senior stakeholders, as well as study a whole digital curriculum.
Our Digital Academy offers you a wide range of courses, opportunities and content to choose from too. Learn about everything from complex data to analytics, product management and development to cyber security, user experience principles to customer-centric design – and every specialist area in between. Underpinning it all is the Basic Foundations course – a one-week universal programme designed to give all our graduates a firm understanding of our digital operation and its potential.
You’ll also have access to the Management Academy, which offers technical and professional courses, innovative career development resources and a wide range of online reading material, accessible via digital devices or desktop computers.
During your 10-week, paid internship, you’ll gain first-hand experience of project or business support roles in a range of areas, depending on your interests. You’ll have access to a large range of online learning resources to help build your professional skills, and develop a clearer understanding of where you’d like to work, once you graduate. Working alongside graduates in their business placements, you’ll learn a lot from them too, and have the full support of your managers and senior leaders to develop for your future career.
