ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
For inquisitive people who enjoy helping others and are keen to lead customer-facing teams, the Community Banking Graduate Leadership Programme aims to develop your strengths and interests, so you can build a successful career within our innovative banking organisation.
Community Banking is the face of Lloyds Banking Group, with three of the best-known high street brands in the country; Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. It’s an exciting time to be part of our transforming industry as advancements in technology test our practices and encourage innovation from within our business. We offer a broad and varied range of financial products and services for people – whether they’re buying homes, starting new businesses, or withdrawing money at a cash point. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join us, and over two years on this rotational programme you’ll be exposed to the breadth of opportunities our business offers. The variety of this programme means you could try anything from leading a team as an Assistant Bank Manager on the high street, to helping shape the future of our Community Banking strategy. You might manage projects or work in our Managing Director’s Office, or with one of the Regional Directors. You could also lead important initiatives that give back to communities, like through our partnership with Mental Health UK.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported to study for the Chartered Banker professional qualification, and receive other tools that will help you develop your career. And, you’ll benefit from our flexible working practices, too.
On completion, you’ll have developed your customer relationship skills, your leadership and project management skills, and gained a well-rounded knowledge of our entire business. What’s more, you’ll be inspired to make an impact in your own way through your career.Application Process
