The 10-week HR internship programme is a fantastic opportunity to discover more about Lloyds Banking Group and the areas of HR you may like to join after you graduate. Spending time in HR, you’ll develop greater knowledge of the various areas that make up this dynamic and fundamental part of the business. 

Locations: All of our Graduate Leadership Programmes are rotational and our roles in HR are nationwide. Interns will stay in the same location for the duration of the programme. 

Salary: Graduate salaries start at £28,000p.a. and Internships are £18,000p.a. pro-rata.
