If you would like to join our Business Analyst apprenticeship programme and gain exposure to different projects and programme areas, this role is for you.
Is our Business Analyst Apprenticeship for you?

You'll use business analyst skills to support the Product Owner or Project Manager to identify and understand the business need, analyse and prioritise the requirements and then assess, design, test and implement agreed solutions.
What you’ll learn on the Business Analyst Apprenticeship
You'll gain an insight into how different large-scale projects run within Lloyds Banking Group and how the resulting outputs affect our customers or different internal areas of our business. You’ll further discover how different business areas operate and function across the organisation.
This apprenticeship covers the fundamentals of business analysis and will allow you to conduct structured investigations of business situations, model processes to establish efficiencies, elicit requirements from customers, consider wider risks to change and support the business impact assessment of transformation.
